At NexSellz , we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day refund policy, in accordance with the Quebec Consumer Protection Act.


Refund Period

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a refund, without needing to provide a reason. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept refund requests.

Refund Conditions

To process your refund request, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Unused and in original condition: The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without being used, damaged, or altered in any way.

  2. Proof of purchase: Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) must be provided for the refund to be processed.

  3. Non-refundable products: Some products are excluded from our refund policy, including but not limited to:

    • Perishable products
    • Opened electronic products or sealed software

Refund Process

  2. Product return: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped. We recommend using a traceable shipping service for returning items, as we cannot be responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping.

  3. Refund processing: Once the product has been returned and inspected, we will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.


Defective or Incorrectly Shipped Products

If you have received a defective or incorrect product, we apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by us, and we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
